Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The Sahara desert is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. I would not have expected that to be my reaction, until I was there and saw its vast beauty. Miles and miles of orange sand against the backdrop of blue sky. Just breathtaking!

In 1997 I bought my first Canon camera and started taking pictures of the wildlife around me. Weekends would find me out with my camera taking pictures of anything that caught my eye, especially the egrets and herons that lived near me.
